How LonRes helped Hunters’ business
Before we became a LonRes subscriber, our biggest challenge was remembering all those half commission properties and the physical process of photocopying instructions on to our branded paper. It was time consuming and less slick than we would have wanted it to have been. 

A fellow agent recommended LonRes and I needed no persuading to sign up. The benefits to us have been enormous – not just the ability to professionally print details on to our own headed paper, but we now have access to thousands of instructions and all at our fingertips. 

The LonRes system has lots of features that are helpful to our business but access to the sales and lettings data is particularly valuable to us.  It really is an excellent comparables tool – the best on the market!

One of the things I most value about being a LonRes subscriber is that I’m able to keep fully up to date with the housing market.  Would I recommend LonRes to other like-minded property professionals?  Without a doubt!
