Prime Resi Prime residential data platform LonRes has added a particularly useful new function to property details: users can now access planning information directly from a listing. This is a complimentary upgrade for members, says the team. It allows users to quickly check whether there are any historic planning issues, or any current planning applications that might affect a deal, including whether a leasehold valuation might be affected by e.g. an additional floor.
