Bigger was better for London’s high-end home buyers this summer, according to a report Friday from LonRes.
Since the arrival of the coronavirus pandemic, buyers across the world have been seeking out properties with more square footage and London is no exception.
With international shoppers still largely missing from the market, longer-term, more spacious family homes were the property of choice this summer among the city’s domestic residents, the property data firm said in its analysis of the city’s prime market, which includes upmarket neighborhoods such as Chelsea, Notting Hill, St. John’s Wood and Hampstead.
