As you approach the front door from the drive, a wall of glass allows you that first glimpse that the entrance hall is going to wow. 

There are no locks on the door, just a finger print sensor. The door opened and the wow factor of the hallway kicked in immediately. Mr Vendor wandered out from his study - one of only a few rooms to face the rear of the property over the driveway.

It's a great entertaining space of some 500sqft with massive glass sliding doors forming a wall of glass out onto the gardens, each sliding panel moving with a touch of the finger. 

It's a great kitchen by the way, fitted by Bora and suffice to say 'fully equipped' as would be expected in a home like this so no need for a list of appliances but worth a mention is the hidden door to a voluminous pantry - a 'must have' from Mrs Vendor. 

Of course, once the guests have been wined and dined, it's time to 'sit soft' and relax and of course, in this house there are options. You want to continue the party? we have a party room complete with a fully equipped bar. For those that would like to have a quiet chat away from the crowd, there's a comfortable sitting room with fireplace and actually, this is a lovely room again, as with all the main rooms in this house, having floor to ceiling sliding glazed doors to the gardens. 

Then, for something completely different, the cinema room! This is something special and as with everything in this tech filled home, no expense has been spared. This room has a 29 speaker surround sound system, for those that know (I didn't), a Barco projector and a screen that extends to anamorphic mode.
